It’s a city that draws in visitors from around the world to revel in its beauty. The city that has withstood hundreds of years of history and perfectly encapsulates the history of its country. This part of China is exactly what you think of when you dream of Chinese history.

Inari

Lake Inari lies north of the Arctic Circle in Finland and is among one of the best places in northern Europe to experience the natural wonder Aurora Borealis, also known as the Northern Lights. People travel across the world to be lucky enough to catch a glimpse of the dancing lights but unless you give yourself a long period of time in the north, then you can never guarantee a sighting.

The Badlands

In the summer of June 2016, I traveled to visit my dear sister in Rapid City, South Dakota. While visiting, we managed to reserve an entire day exploring the beautiful Badlands National Park where we not only got to experience the stunning landscapes of South Dakota but also some of the best, most dramatic blue skies I've experienced. A Day in His Life: Barakaeli

Barakael Kenedy is a Form IV (10th grade), Mungere Secondary School student who is 19 years old and from a rural village. He's the oldest in his family and aspires to be a doctor when he finishes high school. This project took place just a few weeks before his national examinations and delves into the life of a rural Tanzanian teenager and what it's like to be a Form IV student with The Red Sweater Project.
